CO2 Supercritical Fluid Extraction is a new separation bio-technology in modern chemical separation and the superior method for botanical fluid extraction.

Supercritical Fluid refers to fluid in the thermodynamic state which is above the Critical Point. The Critical Point is the state where distinct gas and liquid phases do not exist. Supercritical Fluid has its unique physical and chemical properties, it is almost as dense as liquid and as viscosity as gas, it can effuse through solid botanical material like a gas, and dissolve materials like a liquid. Many characteristics, like high diffusion coefficient, low viscosity, and large dissolvability, etc prompt goods separation effect. 

CO2 Supercritical Fluid Extraction means that the solvent and extracted substances in the extraction kettles, under high pressure and appropriate temperature, the  solvent diffuses into the kettle, and changers the operating conditions to separate the dissolved substance.

CO2 Supercritical Fluid Extraction device takes food grade CO2 Gas as the solvent, which has many characteristics:
